What's the fastest you can ship?

We're proud of our super speedy shipping! Even during the busy holiday season, we ship orders within 1-2 days. Shipping options include UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, or local pickup.

If you have a gifting emergency on your hands and place your order before noon, then reply to your order confirmation right away to let us know you're in A BIG RUSH, we can sometimes even ship same day. We also have a courier service we work with regularly. Local pickup at our Longmont based warehouse is an option as well (and is free!) Drop us an email with questions at info@coloradocraftedbox.com. We'll get back to you right away with what we can do for you.

Hey, I just placed my order and I forgot to include a gift note. Is it too late? 

Reply to your order confirmation email and let us know that you meant to include a note, and if it hasn't shipped yet we'll make sure it is included. 

My order is a gift... do you include price information on your packing slips?

Don't worry, we never include the price on any of the packages that we ship out!

I'm trying to Build A Box and on Step Four I got stuck. The wheel just keeps spinning!

We hate it when that happens! It's often due to an issue with the firewall or security settings at your place of work. You can try again from home, or you can reach out to us at info@coloradocraftedbox.com with a screenshot of your gift box contents from Step 2. We'll help you get checked out from there.

Do Build A Box orders take longer than Pre-curated boxes?

Nope - we are speedy with both types of gift boxes. We always ship 1-2 business days after your order is placed. And if you are in a rush, give us a call and we'll see what we can do for you. 

Can I order multiple boxes and ship to separate addresses within the same order or do I need to do each box as its own separate order?

Yes, there are two ways to do this!

The first is to check the "Ship to Multiple Addresses" on the Cart page. That will enable you to ship a gift to many different people, each at their own address.

The second way is to email us at info@coloradocraftedbox.com. Let us know the name of the gift box (or share a screenshot of your Build A Box), plus a document or spreadsheet containing each recipient's name, shipping address, gift note. We'll make it easy for you to check out and pay for all your boxes in one easy step!

What are the different gift packaging options?

Do you offer same day local delivery?

No, sorry. The best we can do is we can sometimes ship same day (via UPS) for local delivery next day. We also offer local pickup at our Longmont warehouse.

Can I place a large order (for my clients, employees, etc)?

Yes! To begin this process, please email us a spreadsheet that contains shipping addresses (columns for Name, Address, City, State, Zip). Add in additional columns to indicate which gift box each recipient should receive, and what their gift note text should say. Send this information to us at info@coloradocraftedbox.com  

Can I place an order even if I don't know someone's shipping address?

Now you can send your gifts with just an email address or phone number! No shipping address required. In your shopping cart, simply click the button that says "Don't know their shipping address?" You'll be able to input their email address or phone number, plus a short message. They'll be instantly notified to input their preferred shipping address. Easy!

Where are you based?

We live and work in lovely old town Longmont, Colorado. We do not have a retail storefront; our gift collections are only available online. Please get in touch if you'd like to pick up locally from our warehouse. 

How do I get in touch?

If you've already placed an order with us and want to get in touch about that specific order, you can also reply to your order confirmation email. We'll respond as quickly as we can to help you out! 

My package hasn't arrived yet! What can I do?

Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We guarantee that we will mail your gift to the address you provide to us, on the date you've selected during checkout (or within 1-2 business days if you do not select any date). We mail via UPS Ground, which means your gift should arrive 1-5 days after we put it in the mail, depending on the destination zip code. You will receive an automated email with your tracking information when we create the mailing label, so you can track your gifts' progress to its final destination.

Once the package is in transit, we are no longer in control of it. We can not edit addresses via UPS once the package is in transit. Occasionally UPS experiences delays due to weather or high volumes around major holidays.  We are not responsible for these delays.


What happens to returned packages? 

If the address provided to us is invalid or inaccurate, UPS will return the package to us. We make every effort to validate all addresses we mail to, however the customer bears the responsibility of providing a correct shipping address. Packages typically take anywhere from one week to one month or more to be returned to our warehouse. Due to the perishable and fragile nature of our gifts, we are not able to resend packages, and instead will extend a coupon to you if you'd like to try to resend (perhaps to an updated address, etc). 


Can I have my business card or a special handwritten card placed inside a box?

Definitely! We love to help you add a personal touch to your boxes, and there is no fee for making this happen. Email us at info@coloradocraftedbox.com to discuss how this works.


Hey, where's all the chocolate? 

During late spring and summer, it is too hot to ship chocolate through the mail. For large orders that use courier delivery or local pick-up, we can absolutely include chocolate! Please contact us to see our full list of available items.


Can I make substitutions in a box?

Yes, this is possible. Contact us to let us know what you have in mind.

 

I am an artisan, and I think my products would be a good fit for Colorado Crafted. Whom do I contact?

We would love to hear from you whether you are an artisan or know of an artisan that we should check out. This is one of our favorite ways to find out about new products! Email us at info@coloradocraftedbox.com with your company name, website, and product photos.

 

I am hosting a big event (corporate gathering, wedding, etc.), and I'd like to give Colorado Crafted boxes as a gift. Is this possible?

Yes, it is! We can help you design a box as small or large as your event requires. We also offer fast delivery via courier across the Front Range.

Do you ship internationally?

No, sorry. Due to rising costs and unreliable delivery, we no longer ship internationally.

I have a question about an order I've already placed.

No worries, just reply to the confirmation email you got and we'll get in touch with you right away to help out.  Or if you lost that email you can reach us at info@coloradocraftedbox.com.

Do you sell empty boxes, so I can fill them myself?

No, we do not do this.

 

How big are your gift boxes?

We have our classic teal gift box (9" x 11") and a Tote Bag (18" x 13" x 6"). We will pack your gift in the box that best fits your product selections in order to create a lovely presentation! We also have a small seasonal mailer (8 x 8") for bulk gifting and corporate clients.

We never share your name, email, or contact information with anyone - ever! If you sign up for the Colorado Crafted newsletter, you can opt out at any time. When you place an order, you have the option of whether or not to sign up for our newsletter - but you certainly don't have to.
