Grampa's Southwest Oak Honey: Once in a blue moon, when conditions are hot and dry on the Southwest slopes of the Rockies, bees can make honey from a sticky sugar-rich liquid produced by the oaks there. It has been over a decade since this varietal of honey was last available.
