Hot chiles are sauteed in oil with small pieces of garlic and onion until crisp. The result is crunchy, smoky, spicy, and completely addicting. I've been dolloping this flavorful condiment on hard boiled eggs, salads, slices of avocado, quinoa, and much more. Anywhere you could use a little heat and a little crunch - this stuff is amazing.
